• As wood is a natural material, variations in grain, texture, shade, knots, and finish are natural characteristics and are not considered defects.
• Minor differences between website images and actual products may occur.

Pricing & Payments

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive or exclusive of taxes as mentioned on the product page.
• WoodenMood reserves the right to revise prices without prior notice.
• Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.
• WoodenMood does not store or have access to your debit card, credit card, UPI, or banking details.

Order Acceptance

• An order is considered confirmed only after successful payment and confirmation from WoodenMood.
• WoodenMood reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to pricing errors, availability issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
• In such cases, a full refund will be initiated.

Cancellation Policy

• You can cancel your order before it is shipped, and a full refund will be initiated.
• Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery timelines provided are estimated and may vary depending on location, logistics, or unforeseen circumstances.
• WoodenMood shall not be held responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural calamities, or events beyond our control.
• Customers must ensure proper access and delivery conditions at the delivery location.

Return & Replacement Policy

Returns or replacements are accepted only under the following conditions:

• Product damaged during transit
• Incorrect product delivered
• Manufacturing defect

Return Conditions

• Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
• A clear, continuous unboxing video is mandatory
• Product must be unused and in original condition

Requests without an unboxing video or reported after 48 hours will not be accepted.

Refund Policy

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
• Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment
• Shipping and installation charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the issue occurred from our side

Warranty Policy

• WoodenMood offers a 36-month warranty from the date of delivery.
• Warranty covers manufacturing defects, structural integrity, and termite & borer infestation under normal indoor conditions.
• Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, water damage, exposure to moisture or sunlight, or unauthorized modifications.
• All warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval by WoodenMood.
