Warranty Policy
At WoodenMood, we stand behind the quality and durability of our furniture. Each product is crafted with precision and undergoes strict quality checks before dispatch.
Warranty Coverage
We provide a 36-month warranty from the date of delivery on all WoodenMood furniture products.
The warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects
- Structural issues under normal household use
- Joint failures not caused by misuse
- Termite and borer infestation (under normal indoor conditions)
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear, scratches, dents, or surface damage
- Damage due to improper handling, accidents, or negligence
- Exposure to excessive moisture, water seepage, or direct sunlight
- Damage caused by improper installation or unauthorized modifications
- Natural variations in wood grain, texture, knots, or color
Warranty Claim Process
To raise a warranty claim:
- Email us at support@woodenmood.in
- Share your order ID, clear images/videos, and a description of the issue
- Our team will review and respond within 5–7 working days
Approved claims will be resolved through repair or replacement, at WoodenMood’s discretion.
Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation
- You can cancel your order before it is shipped, and a full refund will be initiated.
- Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
To request a cancellation, please contact support@woodenmood.in with your order details at the earliest.
Return Policy
As our furniture is made to order, returns are accepted only in the following cases:
- Product damaged during transit
- Incorrect product delivered
- Manufacturing defect
Return Eligibility
- Issues must be reported within 72 hours of delivery
- A clear, continuous unboxing video and product images are mandatory
- The product must be unused and in original condition
Returns without an unboxing video or reported after 48 hours will not be eligible.
Refund Policy
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable only if:
- Transit damage is confirmed
- A manufacturing defect is verified
- An incorrect product has been delivered
Refund Process
- Once approved, refunds will be initiated within 7–10 working days
- Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment
- Shipping or installation charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the issue occurred from our side
Important Notes
- Wood is a natural material; minor variations in grain, shade, or texture are natural and not defects
- Product images are for representation purposes only
- By placing an order on woodenmood.in, you agree to all the above policies
